Regulation needs to work in everyday operations.
For more than 20 years, I have worked in IT development and business. Working closely with payment operations showed me how much compliance still depends on expert knowledge, spreadsheets, email, and paper.
Our aim is to turn requirements into clear checks, decision criteria, workflows, and records. People should make the judgments that need expertise; systems should make repeatable work easier to manage.
